All of our fabrics are handmade and hand-dyed by our skilled artisans. Due to it's hand-made nature, there could be variations in the feel of the fabric, construction, color and technique of the actual product. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.

If a product you receive has any dissimilarities from the product description (due to the above-mentioned reasons), the only solution will be to return it in unused condition. Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if:
1. You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for.
2. If the product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect.
Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged. It can only be restored depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of restoration is raised with us over email at taanbaan.in@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs Fees: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Please note if you are making remittance from abroad please give an Indian address of friend or family so as it facilitate the order for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
Duties and Taxes: These fees are determined by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the tracking number provided in the email or mobile.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us and the courier directly for which we will furnish you the details.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
